Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is US$6.99. Orders with a qualifying order value of US$69 or more receive free standard shipping to supported destinations. The final shipping charge is shown before payment at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders dispatch within 1 business day. Standard delivery normally takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; customs, weather or carrier delays may affect arrival.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear. Check your spam folder or contact us if you cannot find the shipment email.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please verify your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly to request a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email us with the order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes collected at checkout are shown in the order total. Import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier, subject to applicable law.
